RON stands for Remote Online Notarization. It allows a notary public to notarize documents over a secure audio-video connection no in-person meeting needed. You simply verify your identity digitally, connect through our secure portal, and complete the notarization online. All RON sessions are recorded and comply with the Texas Secretary of State’s Remote Notary Law.

Our fees comply with the Texas Secretary of State’s maximum rates and include a small travel or convenience fee for mobile appointments. Loan signings and after hours notarizations are quoted individually. Contact us for a detailed quote.
